Awesome estate agents, Kelly and Ellie are professional easy to work with. KT Appear to sell at the higher end of a guide price on most properties. Good effort in these hard times!

From the very beginning through to completion of sale, the KT sales team of Kelly, Becky and Ellie were there with great support, advice and at times peace of mind. Great service from an amazing team in troubled times. Ten out of ten, highly recommended.

It’s an understatement to say that Ellie and Becky went beyond the call of duty to ensure our move happened. They became absolutely fundamental in bringing everything together in the chain to make it happen. Prompt communication, friendly service and the most hard working and diligent of agents. We appreciate everything they have done for us in what became a very challenging moving experience. Thanks so much from two new very happy home owners, it was totally worth it.

The team at KT are the best!! They sold our house in just over a week and then worked so hard to ensure we moved within a very, very reasonable timeframe! Without them we simply wouldn’t have been able to move so quickly! They are really lovely people who are very conscientious and on the ball. Would wholeheartedly recommend KT if you’re looking for an honest and trustworthy estate agent!

After being letdown by other estate agents, it was refreshing to find such excellent service from Kelly and Ellie. They were at hand to make the process of selling and purchasing a property an efficient and professional experience. Kelly and Ellie were informative and had an excellent knowledge of not only the area but the requirements of estate agency. I found them both to be highly professional, approachable and would always endeavour to deliver the highest standards without having the need to constantly chase which I had with a previous estate agent. I could not recommend KT Estate Agents highly enough.

I recently brought a house from KT Estate Agents, I would highly recommend them. Throughout my whole process of buying Kelly and Ellie have been great, and were with me every step of the way. Any questions or query’s were never to big and they were very quick at getting back to me. If you looking for a property in the surrounding area I would definitely recommend KT Estate Agents.
